What happens if your employee is absent due to illness or because of an ordered quarantine and you have to cancel participation in the seminar at short notice?
In such cases, it is usually not possible to find a replacement participant, but the seminar costs still apply. Especially during cold season, such short-term cancellations occur more frequently. For this case, you can now protect yourself. Therefore, we offer you the option of a one-time rebooking of the participant to a later course.
To do this, select the rebooking option in the seminar article. If you do not select the rebooking option, we will automatically assume that you want to bear the risk in full. A rebooking can be made until the first seminar day at 8:30 AM.
