The VDO DLK Pro license card “Smart TCO ready” makes your existing reading device fit for the intelligent tachographs. Especially regarding the mandatory conversion to the intelligent tachograph of the second version (DTCO 4.1) within the framework of the EU Mobility Package I, the upgrade is important. With the license card, the following reading devices can be easily and quickly upgraded for use with the intelligent tachographs:
This uncomplicated update process applies to the following DLK Pro Keys:
- DLK Pro Download Key
- DLK Pro TIS-Compact
- DLK Pro TIS-Compact (EE)
- DLK Pro Inspection Key
If your reading device is marked with the addition “S” or “Smart”, it is already ready for use with the intelligent tachographs. You then do not need an additional license card. This applies, for example, to the VDO Download Key Pro S or the VDO DLK Smart Download Key.
Upgrading your reading device is very simple: The license card only needs to be inserted into the integrated card reader of the key. After that, you can effortlessly download the data from the intelligent tachographs (DTCO 4.0) and archive it in compliance with the law.
