Tachograph Training DTCO 4.1
Article 33 is law!
If the transport company cannot prove that it has fulfilled its training obligation, it is liable under Article 33 paragraph 3 of Regulation 165/2014 without restriction for violations by its drivers. According to our experience, the BKF qualification is not sufficient to meet the requirements at the tachograph. You will receive meaningful certificates for presentation during operational checks.
